Join me in a 6 night stay at the bio-optimized Mizata Retreat Center on the heart of El Salvador’s coastline. Together we’ll immerse ourselves in daily Yoga, Integrative Pilates, Massage [its included!], Sound Healing, Mediation and Breath Work. We’ll dine, hike, relax, and we might even go surfing (unlimited access!). There’s saunas and a cold plunge - and local towns for exploring. This is the 5th international retreat I’ll [Jess] host - and I have to admit it’s already in the running to be a favorite!
